About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clinics, the Medical Scheduling Specialist plays a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the welcoming voice on the phone — connecting patients with the care they need.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by phone
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Serve as a vital link between patients and clinical staff
Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain organized and accurate patient information
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical office experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
