The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales Executive is an integral part of the team. This role is the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Thailand.

 

You will work both independently and within the Thailand team, to diligently plan, organise and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. This is a somewhat autonomous role, where you need to be comfortable with making front line decisions and putting forward recommendations to improve process efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of service resulting in the achievement of the monthly sales targets. 

 

Reporting to the General Manager Thailand, this role is a permanent role with standard business hours and on site in our Thailand Office.

 

Responsibilities of the Medical Sales Executive

Assess customers’ needs and position our product offering accordingly

Achieve allocated monthly sales target

Present product information and demonstrate how the product works

Engage and influence targeted Doctors to prescribe CardioScan services by leveraging exceptional communication and persuasive selling skills

Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits

Keep detailed records of all local customer contacts

Manage account information and buying trends

Work with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message

Plan work schedules with weekly and monthly timetables for the assigned territory

Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly sales reports

 

About you

1- 2 years’ experience of sales or specialist in a medical product business or similar role

Bachelor’s degree in medical/science/medical equipment or equivalent

Proficient with software and programs relevant to medical equipment

Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages

Able to effectively work autonomously and independently with minimal supervision

Willingness and ability to travel within a specified geographic region

Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the demands of company expansion plans

Be a self-motivated, pleasant individual with a strong customer service focus

Attitude is everything - you must be a team player with the ability to work cohesively with others

Strong organisation, decision making and problem-solving skills

Upholds our core values and consistently demonstrates behaviors that reflect our organisational standards

Have a hands-on approach - to get the job done

Strong computer skills (Monday.com, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office365)

Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload

Strong negotiation and selling skills

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Analyzes and resolves software and computer related problems ensuring all sites operate at maximum efficiency for our customers

Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs

Works with other departments to ensure all aspects of pending rollouts have been communicated and executed

Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardisation

Ensure knowledge of/and compliance with quality, regulatory, integrity and company policies.
