Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc. (BMRHC) is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist at our Urgent Care Clinic in Huntsville!

What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll:

Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude

Collect and accurately enter patient information into the electronic health record

Help with scheduling, referrals, and patient inquiries

Support clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day flow

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Some travel is required.

7 days on / 7 days off — enjoy built-in work-life balance!

62 hours per pay period (benefit eligible)

Shift Differential Incentive

Clinic Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
