Job Description

Total Rehab is currently seeking a front desk receptionist to help serve patients in our outpatient physical therapy office located in Brownsville.

Schedule: 40 hrs/wk 8am- 6pm Monday-Thursday, half day Friday

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

All front office functions such as patient relations, appointment scheduling, telephone duties, patient registration, insurance verification/ authorizations, and directing patients and visitors.

Qualifications:

Bilingual
