Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc. (BMRHC) is now accepting applications for a full-time Medical Receptionist at our clinic in Berryville, Arkansas.
The Medical Receptionist is an essential member of the clinical office team and is responsible for collecting current patient information and accurately entering data into the electronic health record (EHR). This position also assists patients with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, coordinating referrals, and performing other duties as needed to support excellent patient service.
Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Some travel is required for this position.
Clinic Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Friday: 7:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical office experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual candidates preferred
