En Tandem Health, estamos construyendo el mejor copiloto médico de Europa, y buscamos una persona con talento y pasión para liderar nuestra expansión en el mercado español. Este rol combina visión estratégica, excelencia comercial y conocimiento del ecosistema sanitario para lograr una adopción efectiva de Tandem en todo el país.

Serás una pieza clave en nuestro crecimiento: conectarás con profesionales sanitarios, generarás oportunidades, cerrarás acuerdos y trabajarás codo a codo con equipos internos para garantizar que Tandem encaje perfectamente en los flujos asistenciales locales.

Qué harás

• Impulsar la adopción de Tandem en el sistema sanitario español, tanto público como privado

• Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: desde la generación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de acuerdos

• Diseñar implementaciones personalizadas que aseguren una integración fluida y un alto impacto clínico

• Colaborar en la creación de un equipo local de customer success para garantizar una experiencia excelente desde la incorporación hasta el uso continuo

• Contribuir al desarrollo del producto, asegurando que Tandem se adapte a las necesidades específicas del mercado español

Lo que aportas

• Experiencia demostrada en ventas de tecnología médica, software o dispositivos a proveedores de salud, distribuidores o farmacéuticas

• Un historial probado de éxito comercial en entornos sanitarios, tanto públicos como privados

• Una red de contactos sólida y un profundo entendimiento del ecosistema sanitario en España

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y autonomía, con una fuerte orientación a resultados

• Ganas de trabajar con personas de primer nivel, en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo

• Una motivación genuina por transformar la salud en la sociedad, y convicción en el potencial de la tecnología para mejorar el sistema sanitario

Muy valorado

• Formación médica y experiencia clínica

• Experiencia previa en medtech o healthtech

• Conocimiento de la regulación en dispositivos médicos y aplicaciones de IA en salud

• Trayectoria en entornos de alto rendimiento como startups, consultoría estratégica, capital riesgo o banca de inversión

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based remotely in Madrid/Spain. You’ll travel regularly - either to meet clinicians around Spain or to collaborate with our team in Stockholm.

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition

• First interview with our Country Manager

• Follow up interviews and tasks with some of our Medical Operations team members

• Working Day - Join us in the Stockholm office for half a day to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action.
