About the Role
At Tandem we’re reimagining how clinicians deliver care. As Country Director for Portugal, you’ll lead our market entry - shaping strategy, building partnerships, and bringing our clinician co-pilot to care providers across the country.
You'll work closely with our commercial and product teams to tailor Tandem for Portugal's healthcare system, making a real difference in clinical workflows. As we grow, you’ll build and lead a local team to scale our impact quickly and sustainably
What you will do
• Lead the implementation of Tandem’s solutions and guide users as a trusted expert, supporting them throughout their transition to new ways of working.
• Develop a deep understanding of users’ clinical environments and tailor Tandem to address their unique requirements.
• Provide expert user support, quickly resolve issues, and surface opportunities for new product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with a world-class product and engineering team to shape Tandem’s product, contributing ideas and actively engaging in focused development initiatives.
• Represent Tandem at conferences, events, and workshops, sharing our vision with clinicians and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Portuguese healthcare regulations.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Location
We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based remotely in Lisbon. You’ll travel regularly - either to meet clinicians around Portugal or to collaborate with our team in Stockholm.
