Who you are

• You are motivated by improving clinical workflows and reducing clinician admin burden.

• You have experience working in or alongside hospital settings (clinical background is a plus, but not required).

• You are operationally strong and capable of running implementation plans end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment and structured project management.

• You bring a user-centred mindset: you care deeply about usability, workflows, and how clinicians actually experience software (experience with UX, service design, or similar is a strong plus).

• You have strong communication skills and can work with clinicians, operations leaders, and IT teams.

• You are detail-oriented and safety-minded, especially in higher-acuity environments.

• You communicate clearly in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

What you will do

• Support hospital implementations end-to-end: coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and go-live support for Tandem deployments.

• Be the on-the-ground partner: spend time with clinical teams to ensure workflows work in real conditions.

• Troubleshoot issues quickly: triage operational vs technical issues and escalate appropriately.

• Drive adoption: work with champions, track usage, and run follow-ups to ensure teams stick with Tandem.

• Run structured feedback loops: capture workflow friction and relay actionable insights to Product/Engineering.

• Support safety and quality checks: follow internal clinical safety processes and contribute to QA sampling/checklists where relevant.

• Coordinate across teams: collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, and Partnerships to make deployments successful.

Nice to have

• Experience in implementation, healthcare operations, or clinical informatics.

• Familiarity with hospital EHR workflows and clinical documentation patterns.

• Experience working in acute environments (ED, wards, outpatient clinics) or with multidisciplinary teams.

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in Leiden, the Netherlands.

This role involves regular travel across the Netherlands and may include extended on-site periods during go-lives.
