Noninvasive Vascular Laboratory of Vascular Surgery Group is seeking Full time Front Desk position with at least 2 years experience for check in/check out. Experience must include understanding of medical insurance verification, procedure authorizations and medical appointment scheduling. Electronic Medical Record system experience such as Athena or Epic is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM with rare overtime or weekends as needed. Must be able to travel to satellite locations in Hayward and San Ramon.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
