Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, families, and staff at our Corpus Christi office. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, patients, families, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls appropriately; take accurate messages as needed
Manage front desk operations, including sign-in logs and visitor tracking
Coordinate communication as directed
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
Maintain front office organization
Assist administrative and clinical staff with clerical tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality policies at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, Word, Excel, EMR systems preferred)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
Office-based position during standard business hours
