Our Team:

The LATAM Medical Team at Sanofi is a high-performing team of Medical leaders who are a trusted source of scientific and Medical information and shared insights; effective and innovative strategic partners to our internal and external stakeholders; and dedicated to public health. We represent diverse experiences and backgrounds which strengthens our team and mirrors the healthcare communities we engage.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop medical strategy and tactical plan to achieve better health outcomes, inspired by patients and consumers, guided by science, and leveraging technology.

• Utilize strong business acumen, acting as a key strategic business partner to the organization.

• Lead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder evidence needs and robust data gaps analysis.

• Deep therapy area expertise and product knowledge including competitor data.

• Good understanding of the impact and evolution of healthcare systems.

• Lead creation and implementation of medical plans.

• Ability to rapidly assimilate new data and integrate into therapeutic area.

• Active participation in the strategic brand planning process for Inmunology portfolio.

About you

• Experience: Medical professional with experience leading medical strategy for dermatology portfolios. Proven ability to drive therapeutic insights and support cross-functional initiatives.

• Soft skills: Results orientation, people leadership, relationship and influence.

• Technical skills: Strong relationships with key KOLs and major medical associations. Solid understanding of the healthcare system in Argentina.

• Languages: Spanish and advanced English.
