Position Summary: Revere Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at our Salem main campus. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality laboratory results. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will perform essential diagnostic testing, support daily lab operations, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered experience. We value professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication skills, as you will interact with both patients and healthcare providers. This position guarantees a minimum of 32 hours per week but may require work up to 40 hours based on laboratory needs.
Essential Job Functions: * Perform moderate and waived complexity laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency * Ensure quality and reliability of results through proper quality control procedures * Perform routine instrument maintenance and troubleshooting * Maintain compliance with CLIA and laboratory standards * Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and team members * Support daily laboratory operations and workflow * Communicate effectively with healthcare staff regarding test results and issues
Qualifications: * bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, Medical Technology, Chemistry, or related life science (per CLIA requirements) * ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent Specialty certification (hematology, chemistry, microbiology) accepted * Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hours: Must be able to work varied shifts between 7:00 am – 6:15 pm, Monday – Friday in our Salem location.
