What you’ll achieve
As Medical Expert, you will be the “Voice of the Radiologist” within our Diagnostic Imaging IT portfolio. We are looking for a bridge-builder, who speaks the clinical language of our end users and is motivated to solve complex workflow challenges that directly impact diagnostic confidence and patient care.
Your responsibilities
• Clinical Vision: Define “clinical excellence” in terms of software applications and support the development of disruptive solutions.
• Portfolio Strategy: Identify high-value clinical problems and drive product solutions to solve them.
• Workflow Translation: Work side-by-side with Product teams to translate “medical intent” into “technical specifications” and optimize user experience for performant diagnostic environments.
• User Engagement and Clinical Validation: Actively support clinical validation of our medical devices and give feedback during user tests to ensure intuitive and safe clinical use.
• Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team, especially to support post-market vigilance analysis and reporting.
• Share domain knowledge with Product and Development teams.
• Peer-to-Peer Evangelism: Engage with key customers at a peer level to understand enterprise challenges, speaking the same language.

Essential Requirements
• Medical degree is required, with preferred specialization in Radiology.
• Minimum 3+ years of post-residency clinical practice.
• Deep understanding of radiology workflows and diagnostic imaging solutions (RIS/PACS).
• Innovative mindset: A demonstrated passion for new technologies and disruptive solutions.
• Good communication skills to work collaboratively with non-clinical Designers, Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Good English language skills as we are an international company.
Desirable Requirements
• Tech-Savvy: Interest in technology and modern AI potentials is an advantage.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience consulting for medical device companies or serving on medical advisory boards.
• Product Exposure: Previous involvement in software beta testing.
