About the role

We’re now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Western Europe strategy for our Connected Frames & Bed Platforms portfolio.

This is a strategic regional role where you will become the product leader, driving strategy, evidence‑generation, commercial impact, and product success end‑to‑end.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategy for the assigned portfolio, in alignment with global marketing initiatives, to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness across WE.
• Lead product and portfolio marketing across WE, including launches, value propositions, promotional plans, buying/selling tools, and tender positioning.
• Develop high‑quality product content, such as case studies, evidence summaries, whitepapers, and digital assets.
• Drive digital marketing and lead‑generation programs, collaborating with digital and cluster teams on email nurturing, digital campaigns, and e‑commerce optimization.
• Ensure the product value propositions align with the wider Baxter narrative around connected clinical and caregiver workflows.
• Conduct market and customer insights activities to identify trends, clinical challenges, competitive landscape, and opportunities across WE market.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Customer Service, and Global Marketing to ensure cohesive execution and messaging.
• Carry out analysis and reporting activities to measure performance, track marketing efforts and guide budget allocation.
• Represent the portfolio externally by engaging customers, partners, industry experts, and attending key events or conferences where necessary.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Solid background in B2B product marketing, ideally in medical devices or healthcare technology, developing and implementing strategies that foster business expansion and improve brand recognition, including launches, strategy creation, and cross-market execution.
• Experience with e-commerce platform management and optimization.
• Experience handling budgets, setting priorities, and driving measurable results.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Power BI.
• Motivated and accountable.
• Fluency in English
