专家发展与临床培训策略经理

岗位职责

1. 专家资源体系建设与运营：搭建并完善公司专家资源体系，负责专家筛选、合作维护、培养赋能、内容共创与价值挖掘，实现专家资源的标准化、系统化管理。

2. 专家学术合作与品牌赋能：推动专家学术项目落地、学术成果转化与品牌赋能工作，联动专家开展学术共建、科研合作、专业背书等核心事务，提升公司与产品专业影响力。

3. 医学教育策略与学术内容开发：基于公司产品策略制定相应医学教育策略，开发专业、合规、高质量的医学学术内容和培训内容。

4. 临床培训体系搭建与实施：构建适配公司业务策略的医学教育临床培训体系，策划、组织、执行各类医学专业培训、技能实训与能力提升项目，保障培训质量与落地效果。

5. 大型学术活动策划与运营：统筹规划全国性、区域型高端学术会议、论坛及交流活动，全流程负责方案设计、执行落地、效果复盘与品牌提升。

6. 培训运营流程优化：持续迭代培训运营体系，优化流程、提升效率，实现培训项目的精细化、数字化、高效化管理。

7. 跨部门协同与专业服务支持：协同公司各部门，提供全方位专家资源支持、临床专业教育服务与医学策略保障，助力整体业务高效推进。

任职要求

• 三年以上工作经验，硕士及以上学历；
• 具备良好的医学学术素养，良好的英文交流能力；
• 热爱专家发展、医学教育、临床培训相关工作，具备较强的沟通协调、项目策划与执行能力；
• 有团队协作精神，善于跨部门联动，能高效推进复杂项目落地；
• 具备创新思维与结果导向，愿意与新团队共同成长、共创价值。
