ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities:

• Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.
• Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
• Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe.
• Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
• Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of US Healthcare experience (voice account)
• Handled underpayment, overpayment, co-insurance, co-pay, deductible, out-of-pocket pay, claims and other billing concerns, specifically for Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Experience in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management is a plus.
• Experience in dealing with providers is a plus.
• Experience in Cash/Payment Posting and Accounts Receivable is an advantage.
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Looking for strong billers who can do claims follow up
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong or Makati
• Amenable working night shifts
