Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Review and process online insurance-related queries in a timely manner
• Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility through payer portals
• Print and document eligibility details from insurance portals
• Contact insurance companies to confirm coverage accuracy and appropriateness
• Obtain proof of eligibility and reference or confirmation numbers
• Ensure all verified information is accurately updated in internal systems
• Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

Requirements:
• 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account
• Good working knowledge with medical billing
• Familiar with US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid)
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to a changing work environment
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
