ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Research and identify appropriate contacts for submitting item requests needed for Medicaid applications
• Send requests for required documentation to various institutions
• Make outbound follow-up calls to institutions regarding pending requests
• Review financial statements to identify additional income information needed for residents
• Save and organize documents in each resident’s designated folder
• Provide daily assistance to Medicaid Case Managers
• Complete Medicaid application forms

Requirements:
• 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account
• Good working knowledge with medical billing
• Familiar with US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid)
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to a changing work environment
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
