Medical Affairs Intern, Genitourinary & Gynecological Oncology

We are looking for Junior and Master's students majoring in Biological Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field for a 12-week internship role at our site in Gaithersburg, MD from May 18 2026 to August 7 2026. Position Description: Urologist Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement Project builds and executes a targeted Urologists engagement program to support Capi-281 and EVOPAR 01 studies, that identifies priority KOLs, gathers actionable scientific and strategic insights, supports congress planning (content, speakers, satellite symposia), and co ‑ develops medical education initiatives. Individual duties include: Discovery & KOL mapping, initial outreach and baseline insight interviews Engage in deep insight synthesis, congress planning (speaker selection, draft agenda), and medical education concept co ‑ creation Finalize congress & education deliverables, stakeholder review & approvals, measurement setup and project handover at end of assignment Position Requirements: Junior and Master's students majoring in Biological Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026. Experience with project management with ability to deliver on time and on budget Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Experience in Oncology, TA preferred Basic understanding of medical affairs and describing the impact of our activities for leadership updates Ability to function collaboratively, including external partner management Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design. US Work Authorization is required at time of application. This role will not grant CPT documentation. Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD site 3 days per week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
