Job Description
Our client is a global food and beverage company that offers a diverse portfolio of multiple brands and they are looking for a Media Strategy Consultant to support a senior leader at a global CPG organization as they ramp into a new role and shape the future of media strategy.
This is a high-impact, behind-the-scenes strategic role focused on building frameworks, synthesizing insights, and developing recommendations—not day-to-day campaign execution. You’ll act as a thought partner, helping translate business priorities into clear, actionable media strategies.
• Support deployment of One Media capabilities across North America, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and consistency across markets
• Assist in portfolio investment reviews (with a focus on Foods), identifying opportunities to optimize spend, improve ROI, and align with growth priorities
• Evaluate 2026 Annual Operating Plans (AOP) with a focus on embedding 5S principles (Search, Scroll, Stream, Shop, Sense) to unlock incremental impact
• Identify gaps and opportunities across brands and markets to strengthen end-to-end consumer journey planning
• Help build strategic presentations and internal recommendations, synthesizing data into clear narratives
• Support efforts to evolve agency capabilities and ways of working across North America
• Contribute to shaping the 2027 agency operating model, ensuring it is scalable, future-ready, and aligned with long-term media ambitions
• Strong background in media strategy and planning (agency or in-house)
• Experience in CPG strongly preferred
• Ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping shape direction alongside senior leadership - Experience building executive-ready decks and frameworks
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate as a strategic partner—not just an executor
• Work two days a week onsite at their Dallas, Texas office.
