Media Buyer (Social)

We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buyer (Social) to scale and optimize our paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other social performance channels. If you love diving into the numbers, fine-tuning campaigns until they perform at their best, and constantly discovering new ways to outsmart the competition, you’ll fit right in.

👉 BREAKDOWN

Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and additional channels (TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, etc.).

Own campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization toward CPA and ROAS goals Identify, test, and unlock new growth opportunities in paid media.

Develop and run A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and present learnings to the team.

Collaborate with design, analytics, and product teams to improve ad performance and user acquisition funnels.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED 

2+ years of proven experience in paid social media buying across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

Hands-on experience with third-party analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Redtrack, Hyros, or similar platforms.

Proven experience in testing, iterating, and scaling ad creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to achieve performance goals.

Ability to create clear and actionable creative briefs for graphic designers and video editors.

Critical thinking, proactiveness, and ability to work independently.

Professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
