Quick summary: We’re looking for a performance-obsessed Media Buyer (Google) who knows how to scale campaigns, manage big budgets, and drive real revenue.

What you’ll do:

• Launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max).

• Spot growth opportunities through data, testing, and experimentation.

• Own testing across keywords, bidding, audiences, creatives & landing pages.

• Work closely with creative & CRO teams to build winning ad assets.

• Track performance via dashboards and clearly communicate insights.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience in high-spend environments

• Proven success scaling budgets €30K/day+

• Strong understanding of attribution & performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV)

• Data-driven, analytical, and highly autonomous

• Experience with Meta Ads or other platforms is a plus

Salary range: €3,000 - 5,000/month gross, depending on experience.
