Als medewerker Ticketing & Reservering sta jij de passagiers bij de ticketbalie met een glimlach te woord. Jij houdt je bezig met het boeken van tickets en het omboeken van tickets tijdens vertragingen en annuleringen. Je gaat intensief aan de slag met passagiers- en bagagegegevens in reserveringssystemen van meerdere luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Complexe processen, zoals ticketing en tarifering vind jij een uitdaging. Vanaf jouw dynamische werkplek in de vertrekhal sta je in contact met passagiers en reisagenten. Ook ben jij pro-actief bezig met het verkopen van extra services. Denk hierbij aan de verkoop van speciale stoelen voor extra beenruimte of andere upgrades om de vlucht zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Twijfelt iemand over zijn of haar plekje? Dat merk jij natuurlijk meteen op en dan gaat jouw verkoop-instelling aan! We willen immers dat iedereen met een goed gevoel de vakantie begint! Dit heb je nodig, want Schiphol staat geen moment stil. Je werkt flexibele diensten, tussen 04:30 uur en 22:30 uur. Zowel parttime als fulltime dienstverband is bespreekbaar.
