Jouw doel is het terugvinden van zoekgeraakte bagage! Bij Bagage Lost & Found zorgen er 365 dagen per jaar voor dat zoekgeraakte bagage terugkomt bij de passagiers. Binnen deze afdeling maak je deel uit van een kleinschalig team en steek je met elkaar daadwerkelijk ‘de handen uit de mouwen’. Na je interne opleiding word je meteen onderdeel van het team. Wat ga je doen?

Helaas komt een klein percentage van de bagage niet correct op zijn bestemming aan. Samen met de passagier maak je hiervoor een rapport in het World Tracer systeem. Ook heb je telefonisch contact met vertegenwoordigers van luchtvaartmaatschappijen, supervisors en passagiers. Je zorgt voor een juiste verwerking van alle gegevens in het systeem, behandelt mondelinge klachten en maakt toegewezen bagage verzendklaar. Tenslotte haal je niet-afgehaalde bagage op bij verschillende bagagebanden en plaats je deze in de opslagruimte je zult ook tillen van bagage en verplaatsen. Jij gaat ervoor om de bagage terug te vinden. En is het opeens erg druk of heb je te maken met boze passagiers?
