Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser komplementärmedizinisches Labor mit Schwerpunkt Immunologie und Stressmedizin: Medizinischer Technologe für Laboratoriumsanalytik MTLA oder medizinischer Fachangestellter MFA (m/w/d) für den Bereich Auftragsmanagement/Auftragserfassung

Ihre Aufgaben: Erfassung der eingehenden Aufträge und Proben im LIS Materialmanagement mittels dynamischer Barcodes Bearbeitung von Order-Entry Aufträgen Kontrolle der erfassten Aufträge, Mitarbeit im Fehlermanagement Organisation und Überwachung der Probenverteilung in die Fachabteilungen und zu Partnerlaboren Kommunikation mit Einsendern über Ergänzung und Änderung von Aufträgen Bearbeitung von Nachforderungen

Ihr Profil: Verständnis sowohl für die Prozesse im medizinischen Speziallabor als auch für die Bedürfnisse in der einsendenden Arztpraxis geschickter Umgang mit Labor-EDV Interesse an LIS gestützten Prozessen teamfähig kundenorientiert kommunikationsstark deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift (B2) Berufserfahrung in medizinischem Labor ist hilfreich aber nicht Voraussetzung
