Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical/Surgical Unit provides direct, patient-centered care during night shift hours. This role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting patient recovery, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery
Advocate for patient needs and ensure a safe care environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Minimum Qualifications
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required
