the scope of service is consistent with the current mission of the hospital to provide quality community-based primary health care to Jefferson and surrounding counties.

Job Description: We’re seeking a RN to join our team at Jefferson Hospital. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for coordinating quality clinical documentation in a treatment team, evaluating and monitoring patient medical and mental stability. Coordinates communication between the unit, medical director, primary care physician and other clinical services. 

Position Requirements:

Graduate from a state approved school of nursing

Licensed RN in the state of Georgia

BLS

ACLS

PALS
