Med-Surg Registered Nurse

Compensation & Incentives

• Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 – $39.00 (based on experience)

• Night Shift Differential: +$4.00/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

We are seeking full-time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (Med-Surg RNs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients. This position is available for Day or Night shifts (12 hours, rotating weekends). Med-Surg RNs are key members of our clinical team, providing holistic care and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Shifts Available

• Days (7 AM – 7 PM)

• Nights (7 PM – 7 AM) – includes $4.00/hr night differential

• Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practice

• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor outcomes

• Document care plans, interventions, and patient progress

• Collaborate with providers, case managers, and other clinical staff

• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies

• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols

• Active Florida RN license or compact license (must apply for Florida if not yet obtained)

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg experience preferred but not required)

• ASN required; BSN preferred

• BLS (AHA) certification required
