Join a state-of-the-art 288-bed hospital serving Leon and Gadsden Counties, delivering comprehensive healthcare services in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Shifts Available:
• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Salary Range:
• $27.72/hour (0–5 years)
• $33.00/hour (5+ years)
• $36.30/hour (10+ years)
• $39.60/hour (15+ years)
Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$3/hour
• Weekends: +$2/hour
Bonuses & Relocation:
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)
As a Med-Surg Ortho RN, you will care for patients with diverse medical and surgical needs in a high-acuity setting. You’ll work as part of a compassionate, interdisciplinary team and play an active role in delivering evidence-based care and positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
• Collect and analyze comprehensive patient data
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on medications, procedures, and treatments
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality care and appropriate resource utilization
• Advocate for patient safety throughout the care continuum
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 – 1:6
• Active RN license in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1 year of recent RN experience (Acute Care preferred, LTAC acceptable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
