We are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our on-site team in Vaasa, Finland.

Requirements:
· Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center.

· Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.

· Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations.

· Develop two-week lookahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track.

· Ensure labour requirements are met in line with project schedules.

· Maintain exceptional quality standards across all mechanical works.

· Drive efficiency by ensuring subcontractors perform at their best.

· Communicate any variations or delays promptly to your line manager.
