Position Summary
The Mechanical Maintenance Operator is responsible for equipment installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and stable operation of plant equipment. The role performs on-site inspections, collects technical data, supports equipment documentation, and follows all safety and operational requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Strictly comply with company rules, regulations, and operating procedures to ensure equipment integrity and safe operation.
Perform equipment maintenance, repair, and installation in accordance with established maintenance procedures, ensuring safe and standardized work practices.
Operate equipment proficiently, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, and carry out effective maintenance and upkeep.
Conduct routine patrol inspections, monitor equipment operating conditions, and promptly report any abnormalities or issues.
Adhere strictly to shift handover procedures; accurately complete duty records and shift handover logs in a timely manner, ensuring neat, truthful, and complete documentation.
Collect and organize basic technical data for equipment, and assist in establishing and maintaining technical records, accounts, and files.
Complete other tasks assigned by department leadership.
Education:
Technical secondary school diploma or above
Major / Field of Study:
Mechanical Equipment and Automation
Electric Welding or related disciplines
Training:
Safety training
Operational skills training
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments
Knowledge:
Equipment maintenance and upkeep procedures
Skills:
Electromechanical maintenance
Electric welding
Language Requirement
English Level: A2 (Basic Operational English)
Ability to understand and use everyday expressions related to work tasks.
Ability to communicate operational issues using simple words and phrases.
Ability to read basic work instructions with the support of diagrams or visual aids.
