Mechanical equipment engineer (M/F)

Integrated within the ALTEN teams, you will work with various stakeholders in the Nuclear or Energy Transition sectors in the Île-de-France region.

Depending on the position, you may be involved with different mechanical equipment used in nuclear power plants such as EPR / EPR 2.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing contracts

• Leading projects (scheduling, milestones, meeting coordination, etc.)

• Operationally overseeing subcontractors at each stage of design and manufacturing

• Specifying and mastering the technologies of rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, fuel handling and lifting systems, etc.)

• Coordinating physical interfaces (civil engineering, instrumentation & control, piping, etc.)

• Ensuring technical documentation review and oversight

You hold an engineering degree or a Master's (Bac+5) in mechanical, industrial, or materials engineering, and you have an initial experience in the energy sector (Oil & Gas / Nuclear / Power Distribution).

You are recognized for:

• An operational level of English and French

• Knowledge in mechanical design, hydraulics, and material strength

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Familiarity with nuclear safety, processes, and power plant systems is a plus
