Job Description

Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and industrial employers in hiring experienced mechanical engineering professionals across product design, equipment engineering, and industrial operations. These roles target engineers ready to own complex mechanical systems and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design, equipment selection, and system integration
• Develop and maintain drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Drive root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement
• Support manufacturing processes: tooling, fixtures, automation, and throughput optimization
• Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and production leadership

Requirements:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 7–15+ years in manufacturing, product development, or industrial environments
• CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD—role dependent)
• Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, and design for manufacturability
• Leadership/mentorship capability preferred
