Responsibilities will include:
Manage the work tasking of the mechanical engineering team.
Create and develop work breakdown schedules to manage the engineering team to project specific goals and deadlines.
Report progress and identify strengths and weaknesses in delivery.
Support the Head of Mechanical to provide insight to business strategic vision.
Ensure compliance with all aspects of company legislative compliance, HSE, HR etc.
Pastoral care of the mechanical engineering team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 10 years industry experience
Minimum 3 years leading a team
Proven experience of working in a fast paced, challenging engineering sector
Proven experience of delivering complex projects.
Proven experience of leading a cohesive and effective team.
Proven experience of empowering engineers and identifying growth opportunities.
