Mechanical Engineer

Feasibility analysis,  Mechanical concept creation, Illumination concept creation, Mechanical structure design, Support to customer for mechanical design issues and mechanical parts approval

Main Responsible area/tasks

• Mechanical structure design• Interfaces Mechanical Engineering points (for example: restricted area file of PCB, connector position)
• Mechanical structure design including material selection, CAD modeling, tolerance calculation, create drawings, create and update bill of material
• Review supplier drawing/specifications. Review supplier tooling design.
• Communicate with customer on design requirements and design release

• Design quality  • Risk analysis for mechanical engineering
• Review design with tooling expert and manufacturing planning
• Work on initial sample inspection reports
• DFMEA create and release

• Documentation• Documentation of development results (CAD data, test specification, review protocols)
• Create and release test plan, test specification

• Support• Coordination with responsible manufacturing planer
• Support of customer

• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering  / Mold design and Manufacture, or equivalent
• Capable for daily English communication
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related area
• Tool: Creo for 3D and 2D drawings
