We are looking for a full-time Mechanical Engineer (Spa, for our construction project in Valencia with the following qualifications to join our dynamic team.
As for the skills and experience we are looking for;
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Minimum 4 years of experience in large-scale construction/industrial projects,
Strong communication and organizational skills,
Advanced Microsoft Office skills. (Word, Excel, MS Project)
Experienced in large scale building construction, (site installation, test-balancing-commissioning works, planning, cost control, reporting, contract management, document management and control)
Experienced in procurement in large scale projects,
Experienced Mechanical building services product and system standards,
Experienced in building automation systems,
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken),
Located in Valencia or open for relocation.
Holding a valid work permit in Spain.
Job Description;
Oversee mechanical production and installation activities within the project scope,
Identify potential risks and report issues to management,
Ensure work is carried out in line with quality and occupational safety standards,
Approve completed works and report any non-conformities,
Monitor compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations,
Track procurement and purchasing activities related to mechanical works,
Support subcontractor evaluation and review method statements,
Prepare tender documentation, including supplier communication and cost comparisons,
Provide technical input on mechanical systems, focusing on cost-effective and efficient solutions,
