1. Keep mechanical and its accessories, such as HVAC, DDC, water system running well with low cost according toBOSCH standand and request from end user ; 根据BOSCH标准及终端用户的需求确保机械系统及其附属设施如中央空调通风系统、控制系统、水系统等的正常低成本运行

2. Check, define and update work instruction and operation procedure for mechanical system; 检查、制定并更新机械系统设备的操作指导手册及程序

3. Schedule and scope preventive maintenance for related facility equipment; 制定计划并指导机械系统进行高质量的定期保养

4. Technicial support for HVAC system; 空调通风、水、控制系统的技术支持

5. Project management 项目管理

6. Action for energy saving project; 节能项目的推进

7. Other related work assigned by FCM manger; FCM经理安排的其他相关任务

8. To support customer audit annual, to keep no finding. 支持客户的年度审核，保持没有问题。

1. Bachelor degree or above of HVAC or M&E ; 空调专业本科或机电工程本科以上学历

2. At least 5 years of experience in HVAC management; 5年以上的HVAC管理经验

3．Have experience in project management; 有一定的项目管理经验

4. Have high level in HVAC technical and project management具有很好的空调通风技术及项目管理水平
