Mechanical Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Draftsman with strong expertise in Revit to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing detailed mechanical drawings and models, with a solid understanding of MEP systems and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Develop 3D models and BIM coordination drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and coordination
• Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
• Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations and company standards
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in the UAE (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Experience in MEP drafting and BIM coordination
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations (DEWA, DM, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
