Mechanical Engineer – Biotech & Food Process Piping
Location: Whitewater, WI (100% onsite; no relocation)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent W-2
Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required
Salary: Up to $90,000 (DOE) + Full benefits

What You’ll Do
• Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and budget multiple custom piping projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• End-to-End Engineering: Design, fabricate, and test sanitary process piping systems—managing custom 3D SolidWorks models, bills of materials, and Engineering Change Notices.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with project engineers, production teams, vendors, and customers to integrate piping installations and support field deployments.
• Standards & Libraries: Develop and maintain a “Production Ready” library of standard components and create robust documentation to streamline future projects.
Requirements:
What You Bring
• Proven Experience: 2+ years as a Project Engineer and 2+ years specifically designing sanitary piping in biotech, food, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).
• Technical Skills: 2+ years of advanced SolidWorks design, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and familiarity with sanitary piping codes and best practices.
• Multi-Project Management: Demonstrated ability to juggle concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
• Reliable Work History: Consistent track record of performance and teamwork.
• Local Commitment: Residence within a 45-minute commute of Whitewater, WI.
