Klenzaids Contamination Controls Pvt Ltd is part of the Syntegon-Group. The company designs and delivers cleanroom, bio-safety, and sterilization solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. The role involves ensuring compliant, efficient contamination-control systems that support high-quality, regulatory-ready production environments.

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, constructive customized solutions and functions according to project requirements and specifications.

• Create 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD,). Configure machines with Taction and SolidWorks.

• Create parts, assemblies, modules and parts lists. SAP Know-how is preferred.

• Conduct engineering calculations and simulations to verify design performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Participate in design reviews, provide technical input, and suggest improvements or modifications as necessary.

• Document design processes, specifications, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical design and engineering practices.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD & Taction).

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, ISO).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to travel within India and Abroad for training and business purpose when necessary.
