Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and component validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve design, production, and field issues.
Contribute to engineering decisions, architecture, and product specifications.
Key Qualifications:
3–6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in consumer hardware or electronics.
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, injection molding, plastics, and other manufacturing processes.
Experience taking products from concept through to mass production.
Ability to work cross-functionally with industrial design and engineering teams.
Experience bringing products from concept to mass production.
Background in smart/connected devices.
Familiarity with sustainable materials and design practices.
