Job Description

Sentry is looking for team members to join our growing crew. We’re seeking hardworking, mechanically minded individuals who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and seeing projects completed from start to finish.

Our crews work on a variety of industrial and agricultural projects including:

Steel buildings

Grain systems

Ethanol plant shutdowns

Equipment installation & maintenance

Structural steel and facility upgrades

No two days are the same, and most work is local or regional.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain industrial and agricultural equipment

Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and equipment

Assist with welding, fabrication, and steel erection

Read tape measures, layouts, and blueprints

Work safely and efficiently with a crew

Help keep jobsites, trucks, and equipment clean and organized

Qualifications

Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic

Construction, welding, fabrication, ag, or industrial experience preferred

Ability to work independently and with a team

Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments

Valid driver’s license preferred
