Job Description
Our client, an AS9100-certified company with over 60 years of success, is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join their team! In this role, you’ll help build shipping containers and other products by assembling parts and subassemblies.
You will have the opportunity to:
Assemble components using hand and power tools
Follow basic blueprints and instructions
Work with a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
Level 1 (Entry-Level)
At least 1 year of assembly or related experience
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Basic understanding of blueprints
Ability to work under supervision and meet goals
Level 2 (Mid-Level)
3–5 years of assembly experience
Experience operating a variety of machines
Solid understanding of department processes
Level 3 (Advanced)
5+ years of assembly experience
Experience in aerospace or defense industries is a big plus
Strong knowledge of assembly processes and equipment
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Forklift certification
Blueprint reading certification

Hourly Pay (Weekly):
Level 1: $17–$19
Level 2: $19–$21
Level 3: $21–$25
