We are looking for talented Automotive Technicians for Tesla's Service Centers across Spain. At Tesla, our Mechanics are the backbone of the Service operation, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and as a Service Technician you will help ensure an equally innovative service to our customers.

What You'll Do
Ocuparte del mantenimiento, reparar y mejorar: trabajando con software especifico Tesla y con equipos avanzados, efectuarás reparaciones y mantenimiento en todos tipos de vehículos Tesla, con o sin supervisión, dependiendo de tu nivel de habilidad.
Asegurar la máxima calidad: repararás los vehículos a la primera, inspeccionarás los vehículos antes de la entrega o de cada devolución, cumpliendo siempre con los estándares más altos de calidad.
Colaborar: interactuando con equipos locales e internacionales, darás y recibirás soporte, compartiendo las buenas prácticas para mejorar continuamente la experiencia de asistencia
Velar por tu desarrollo: nuestro equipo interno de formación te ayudará para alcanzar el éxito, proporcionándote formación sobre tecnologías especificas Tesla y sobre reparaciones de Vehículos Eléctricos

Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles

What You'll Bring
Experiencia técnica: aportas experiencia profesional reparando vehículos o en ámbito mantenimiento, en los sectores automoción, aeronáutica, naval, mecánica, industrial o similar
Conocimientos técnicos: tienes formación en una disciplina mecánica o eléctrica o en reparación de vehículos. Gestionarás de manera autónoma y proactiva el desarrollo de tus competencias técnicas.
Buena comunicación: tienes nivel alto de Castellano y nivel intermedio de Inglés. Sabes comunicar de manera clara y respetuosa, así como escuchar a los demás
Conducción segura: posees un carné de conducir (categoría B)
Flexibilidad: tienes disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos, que pueden incluir los fines de semana, para dar soporte a tu equipo. Tienes disponibilidad para viajar (formación, reparaciones del servicio móvil, soporte a otros centros Tesla) y preparar coches, según necesidad
Idoneidad: eres elegible para trabajar en España

Technical experience: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries
Technical qualifications: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Spain. You will self-manage your technical expertise development
Good communication: You speak and write Spanish well and have an intermediate level of English. You know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
Safe driving: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars)
Flexibility: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends. You are willing to travel for mobile repairs and detail cars, when needed
Eligibility: you have the right to work in Spain
