Compensation: $35–$50 per hour (Pay based on industry knowledge and experience)

About the Role:
We’re looking for Measurement Technicians with 3 years of experience to join our team in Malvern, Ohio. As a Measurement Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate measurement and calibration of flow meters and related systems. You’ll work with a variety of metering systems, conduct calibration and proving activities, and troubleshoot measurement variances. Schedule & Availability:
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week
On-Call Rotation: After training, you will join the on-call rotation for nights and weekends, as needed, to provide support for operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and maintain flow computers and RTUs (Remote Terminal Units).
Perform plate changes and general meter maintenance on various metering systems.
Configure, calibrate, and prove a variety of metering and sample systems, including:
Orifice Meters
Ultrasonic Meters
Magnetic Meters
Thermal Mass Meters
Vortex/Turbine Meters
Coriolis Meters
Gas Analyzers
Gas/Oil Sample Systems
Work with field instrumentation such as pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, level transmitters, and level switches.
Troubleshoot low voltage issues and resolve measurement variances or imbalances.
Interface with third-party service providers, including purchasers, gatherers, contractors, and vendors.
General Skills and Qualifications:
3 years of experience in metering systems, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work safely and follow standard operating procedures.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computer systems.
Experience with calibration and maintenance of a wide variety of metering systems.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
A Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent I&E certification is preferred but not required.
