Measurement System Associate

Gerresheimer Skopje as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. Please note that Gerresheimer  Skopje is a smoke free plant.

• Procurement, incoming calibration and testing and issuance of test equipment
• Marking of all test equipment with test equipment number and test sticker
• Updating and maintenance of the gauge index (IT system)
• (Commissioning of) Maintenance, repair and calibration of test equipment
• Inspection of faulty test equipment
• Categorization into test and aid devices according to applicable standards
• Storage of the results of the measuring equipment capability analyses
• Documentation of the results of the calibrations
• Support in the execution and evaluation of measurement system analyses
• Support in the harmonization of measurement methods and test equipment (externally with customers as well as internally with other plants)
• Support of external service employees who carry out calibrations and service of test equipment
• Communication with external suppliers (e.g. manufacturers of measuring instruments)
• Compliance with standards and internal regulations (SOPs, BVs, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of quality control.
• Advanced knowledge in the field of measurement technology, quality management and test methods
• Good EDP/IT user skills (especially Office programs, MES)
• Good knowledge of technical drawings
• Good knowledge of the required QM guidelines
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes)
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Good communication skills

• Ability to read and understand technical reports
