In this role, you’ll travel to multiple job sites throughout the day, meeting with clients and reviewing project details from the sales team. You’ll work closely with installers before each project begins to confirm scope, details, and expectations, setting every job up for success.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge and experience with window/door, exterior siding, and roofing replacement projects which will include field measuring, product knowledge, construction methods, and building codes
Proven ability to use a tape measure, squares, levels and other carpentry tools to accurately measure and determine the proper quantities/sizes of windows/doors, siding and roofing projects
Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
Knowledge of operation of laptops, printers, and other standard office equipment
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, orally and in writing to personnel, departments, and clients
Ability to perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and maintain effectiveness
Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Ability to organize and file documents utilizing computer programs
In-depth knowledge of window, door, siding, roofing replacement process and installation
Responsibilities:
Meets all clients promptly and courteously when answering phones or making job visits in the field
Uses various software to communicate with internal teams
Performs field operations of the window/door, siding and roofing installations by establishing daily work priorities for each day
Traveling to job sites to measure window/door, siding, and roofing jobs
Creating material lists for all window/door, siding and roofing jobs
Gathering final measurements for material ordering and reviewing sales work orders for discrepancies
Preparing accurate material list and creating a detailed description of work to be performed
Communicating important details to the installation crews
Providing technical assistance to clients and/or installer issues related to job problems or discrepancies
Traveling to job sites to inspect and ensure that installers are maintaining workmanship standards
Traveling to job sites to conduct light duty servicing after the installation
Responsible for ensuring the highest level of client service
Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Schedule:
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Monday to Friday
Salary: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 salary per year, plus annual accuracy bonus
