MEAN Stack Developer

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a MEAN Stack Developer for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.

Context

• Delivering various projects/environments in which business can set up the websites according to the determined guidelines.
• Supporting the client’s MEAN Apps
• Upgrade of the Application versions
• Addressing the vulnerabilities in DefectDojo
• Working in an Agile approach.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of the requirements (security issues, version upgrades, …)
• Working closely with the business, solution architect and designers/developers/analyst/testers so that the functionalities are delivered correctly. The scrum methodology is used to develop the solution.
• Building and developing projects around and functionalities of the various Mean Apps.
• Focus is on upgrading outdated app versions and addressing vulnerabilities in the MEAN Apps
• Ensuring that environments for website development are set up in a timely manner and according to the client standards (security / design / ...).
• Responsible for the development of the apps (technical aspect) from A to Z; Set-up, security, access management, design, development, go-live, ...
• Proposing technical improvement and defending them to the solution architect.
• Supporting the product owners/testers with the functional tests.
• Analyzing integrations with other parties and systems.
• Working out the technical design based on a functional analysis.

• Good knowledge of EN/NL/FR.

Technical skills

• Thorough knowledge of MEAN stack
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Knowledge of Html/CSS
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Scrum as an Agile methodology
