Job Descriptions:
• Participate in designing the foundational MCN framework, including contract models, revenue-sharing mechanisms, and performance evaluation systems.
• Establish and optimize a tiered creator management structure (top-tier / mid-tier / emerging creators).
• Support the planning of creator growth pathways (cold start → stable output → monetization).
• Streamline content production processes and build standardized SOPs (topic planning, live streaming workflows, content review, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize content exposure and conversion efficiency based on platform traffic rules.
• Explore and optimize MCN monetization channels, such as live streaming collaborations, project promotions, and platform campaigns.
• Assist in developing fair and sustainable creator revenue-sharing mechanisms.
• Improve the conversion efficiency between content production and transactional outcomes.
• Support day-to-day coordination and collaboration within the MCN operations team.
• Track key performance metrics (exposure, conversion, retention, etc.) and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Continuously improve creator productivity and overall content output quality.

Job Requirements::
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MCN or content platform operations.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Experience with MCN operations on platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or WeChat Channels is a plus.
• Solid understanding of content distribution logic and traffic mechanisms.
• Experience in managing or incubating creators is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness with a basic understanding of monetization strategies.
