MBA Intern Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You take an active role in our Strategy Transaction Advisory team, leading market analyses, industry and competitor studies with a strong focus on Commercial and Digital Due Diligence.
• You work closely with managers and directors, owning key project modules in transaction-related projects for international clients across industries.
• You independently structure, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, deriving clear and actionable strategic recommendations for investors and executives.
• You play a central role in shaping strategic concepts and designing innovative digital business models.
• You take the lead in preparing compelling reports, slide decks, and presentations for pitches, client projects, and investor analyses.
• You own sub-projects end-to-end and actively contribute to the further development of our advisory approaches.

What we require::
• You are currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, economics, business informatics, or a related field with excellent academic results.
• You bring significant prior experience in Commercial and Digital Due Diligence, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, or digital business models.
• You demonstrate a strong affinity for digital business models, technologies, and data-driven strategies.
• You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and can confidently structure complex topics into clear insights and recommendations.
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at an advanced level.
• You work in a structured, independent, and entrepreneurial manner, driving results and taking ownership beyond your immediate scope.
• You speak English fluently.
